Any Tanzanian/African/Foreign Observers in US polls?

It is now common, in almost every polls conducted in Third World countries, and Africa in particular, to have "Wester Poll Observers".
I suppose it will now be the right moment to reciprocate and make a fair judgement on how the American Poll are conducted.

Do we have any Tanzanian/Afican or any Foreign Poll Observers to monitor the American Polls?

It is on record that Republicans have rigged the polls before in the year 2000.
One of the "swing states " was Florida where Jeb Bush, the brother of the incumbent president Gorge bush, was fighiting for election against Al Gore, a Democrat and aspiring Vice Preident.

It is on record that the controvey created on that polling day, whereby, many blacks were systematically excluded, was geared for Jeb Bushes election, thus the Florida State falling for the incumbent Republican president

However history has recorded everthing, Wikipedia records:

"Florida, a swing state, had a major recount dispute that took center stage in the election. Thus, the outcome of the 2000 United States presidential election was not known for more than a month after balloting, because of the extended process of counting and then recounting of Florida presidential ballots. State results tallied on election night gave 246 electoral votes to Republican candidate George W. Bush and 255 to Democratic nominee Al Gore, with New Mexico (5), Oregon (7), and Florida (25) too close to call that evening. The arithmetic of the available electoral votes in all three states meant that at that point, the result in Florida was all that mattered, and even when both New Mexico and Oregon were declared in favor of the eventual loser Gore over the following few days, the drama in Florida uniquely dragged out for several weeks before eventually settling the election for the entire nation."

I concur, observers from , espcially Africa, are important.

Its a shame for Africans not to have observers in this very important election, more so for East African countries when their son, is struggling to maintain his hold and legacy on American politics.

As we spek racism is playing a part in the American polls.

After the polls you will note the uncalled for flight to Washington for a picture oppurtunity with the victorious candidate.
