American Election 2016: Kicks off in Lowa

American Election 2016: Kicks off in Lowa

The guy in Ohio who rushed to the stage in Trump's rally said he wanted to take the podium away from Trump to destruct his message and show the world and Trump himself that , the power can be taken away from him in a second.

That guy was wrong.

Trump was exercising his first amendment rights, no matter how repulsive one finds his views to be. It's his constitutional right to express them.

And, his supporters were also exercising their first amendment right, the right to peaceably assemble.

The guy had no right to disrupt Trump's rally. Actually I think what he did was stupid.

He should thank the Secret Service or else we would be having a very different conversation right now.

Imagine if he would have been successful in attacking Trump at the podium and if the Secret Service weren't there.

Those Trump supporters would have made mincemeat out of him.

I'm glad that wasn't the case.

There is a better and more effective way to counter Trump's incendiary rhetoric: and that is to vote.

He likes to call others losers. How sweet would it be to make him one, too?

But to go to his rallies and cause trouble won't shut him up.

First of all, why go there? I mean, they go there and start shit and when they get roughed up they start crying.

I don't get that. I'll never take my black ass to his rallies. I know better.

Going to his rallies and starting some shit is looking for trouble. And when you look for trouble most oftentimes you'll find it.

Lakini pia, Trump's campaign rhetoric has been ugly all the way. He started this fire, too bad those who don't support him can not do so in a peaceful manner.

There's no denying that. The tone and tenor of his campaign has been ugly as yo put it.

But that doesn't justify others going to his rallies for the sole purpose of causing trouble like what happened in Chicago last Friday.

Imagine if Trump's supporters went to one of Hillary's rallies for that sole purpose?

What would we say about them?

The best thing they could do is demonstrate peacefully outside where his events take place.

The better thing would be to reject him at the ballot box.

...Interesting and Insightful!

True, the ballot box won't lie, if they can only go for that and stop the madness. But, hopefully tensions won't escalate.

Matokeo ya kesho asubuhi Ohio na Florida yataamua nani ashunde

Leo ni leo, make or break day. Hizi states all eyes on them.

Lakini uchaguzi wa Marekani mwaka huu is hard to tell, it's defying the traditional rules of American politics, who would know that Washington outsiders will be shaking the election?

Kwa GOP no wonder Romney yuko Ohio ana campaign na Kasich, naona Kasich na vile ni home state yake amekuwa last hope yao.

Ohio na Chicago winner takes all
Trump akishinda yote maana yake atakuwa kafikisha all the delegates to win the republican nomination

Ohio and Chicago?

There is no US state called 'Chicago'.

To my knowledge, for the GOP, the two winner-take all states in tonight's 5 primary elections are Florida and Ohio.

Umeona Romney yuko Ohio?!, too little too late? And it's still up in the air if Kasich can carry it. He's tied with the Donald.

Reuters was trying to be funny earlier, saying that opinion polls were predicting the loss of Rubio in Florida. 🙂

Romney will end up with egg on his face.

In the end, though, I think John Kasich will take his home state.

With regards to 'Little' Marco...he is done!

He is getting schlonged in his home state.

My prediction is he's done after tonight.

Trump wins all 99 delegates in Florida.
