These are tips for you to keep a
healthy vagina.
1. Keep healthy and clean. Practise
personal hygiene.
2. Reduce your intake of sugar. Sugar
promotes the growth of some
infectious bacteria.
3. Avoid the use of vaginal douches
and special cleaners. They kill some
good bacterial that keep your vagina
in good condition.
4. Use condoms.
5. Use cotton underwears. They
absorb sweat and promote aeration.
6. Take time to rinse your vagina well
when bathing.
7. As much as possible, use
unscented soap.
8. Know more about your normal
vagina.
9. Drink more water.
10. Exercise
NB: Clear vaginal discharge without
colour is normal.
