Is there a way I can nab two birds using tow lnb's and which receiver is the latest in the market? I've been checking out the receivers. Among the following, srt 4930l ,srt4950m ,srt4922a which is the better version?

Yes, it is possible to nab even three or more birds but it depends on some factors like dish size, location, lnb type etc. It will be good to indicate your location and the size of the dish in your possession. This will give a more comprehensive base for advice. If you are considering Strong decoders (as your list suggest), check out SRT 4922 (original - beware of fakes) and 4950H. You could also check out Openbox Combo.

I downgraded my Openbox V8 combo and it has been hanging since. I used USB with the software to flash it to no avail, I even used laptop to flash it but it's not working what do I do?

SRT 4950H opens only two transponders on Apstar and ISO20c. Apstar opens on its own but do this for iso20c; go to one of the sony channels and it will say scrambled, then press f1 8280, it will show key edit menus, go to seca and scroll to 68.5 transponders keys, press blue button for edit key, and change sid/ident all to 0000 before 00 and 01 for all the transponders under 68.5. it will open sony channels and HBO + CNN India ie

p 02cb 01 123456789abcd should appear as p 0000 00 1231231233
p 0000 01 1234565786

Looks like Openbox V8 has issues. First it was Jimmy47's now its Talenty's. And these boxes are fairly new. What do other users think?

They are out of stock... case in point being Abasheik, Riwira, and Beeps electronics, all out of stock.... P.S. am looking for SRT 4922 there are other options available but this is my choice.... is there someone who is sure of a shop that has it in stock I go pick it up ASAP?
