As promised, here you go. This is how to enter the keys in the srt4950H:

Steps:
1. Press F1 on the remote. The Stb indicates a H on the display as shown below:

2. Press the PAGE down key. The interface will look as below:

3. Hit the green key (labeled as TIME SHIFT on the remote) that will allow you to add the key. The interface will look like this after you press the green key:

4. Using the numeric keypad, enter the numeric keys of the b*ss key (1-9) in the order they appear. For alpha characters/letters (A-Z), use the CH up and down keys to navigate between A-F that appear on the left side of the interface. The selected letter is highlighted in Orange. Press OK key to select and enter the required letter. See an example of a generic key that I input for demonstration purpose, here below:

5. Confirm that the key is correct and using the CH down key, select OK on the interface and press OK on the remote to save the key. When you press OK on the remote, the channel should pop up, thus indicating you got the process right.

6. Sit back, relax and enjoy the goodies.:cheer2:

Did you manage to bring down the birds? I spent yesterday afternoon mounting my Eurostar 130cm offset with inverto black ultra single lnb, just like yours. I started by maximizing on 11192H (the tp carrying MBC on African beam). I hit Q90% on this and blind scanned. I got Q39% on the European beam. I got back up and tweaked the lnb and managed a Q78% on 10804V29900 European beam. 10762V30000 was cracking at 39% though some channels popped up clearly at this rating. Then KP decided I had enough of the visit to the roof and switched off power! Try this and report. Good luck.

So,patched SRT 4950H doesn't decrypt HD channels, on my side its opening encrypted SD channels and fta
 
Hi ASAS enthusiasts, i want to lock on to IS20 @68 E. which direction should i point my dish? East as in Yamal/Yahsat direction or East as in Amos 5/SES 5 direction? tried both but not even a single tp. LNB: Supermax VH-777.

I have a Chinese STRONG 4933 HD that seems good at bringing birds down. The only problem is activating the biss key aditing page and parching please PM me to who ever may have the know how

Make sure you are hitting at least Q78% on the following tps: 10845V30000, 10804V29900, 10762V30000 then blind scan. Leave the rest to the stb.

I was able to nab it quite easily with a 90cm dish in western kenya.I dnt knw about atha parts but i think in nanyuki u require a 130cm dish
