While I cannot brand myself a guru, I have discovered thru experience that tweaking the LNB as well as changing the elevation for the dish does the magic. Another fact could be the type of lnb. Ensure too that your dish is facing the right direction of the bird you are targeting. What srt are you using?

60cm dish can do but i will recommend 90cm, 90cm is the best

you can track 36 east DStv position then turn to your left small ,just small then let your dish go down use TP 11170 H 04999 or 11045 V 40000

DSTV position not the best to use as reference in East Africa. You realise you can get DSTV signals while pointing at almost any direction provided elevation is almost 90 degrees plus or minus a few degrees. Folks in East Africa are directly under the bird.
