yes you can am getting mine at 40 %quality with a humax 1000 IR,inverto single and a 90 offset.location nrb.

It has been like that for some time now. Change back audio to English1 and it's back to sync. The language might be English or Arabic though so you may have to bear with the out of sync English audio.
