Members getting Europe B footprint on Eutelsat 7A, pliz advise me, I just bought today 130cm offsetdish . I am using stong srt 4922 hd receiver, my lnb is fortec star 0.2db. I tried the setup but the best I could sqeez out of BBC persian was 56% Quality on Europe B footprint. The other Tps on europe b are red. Pliz advise me on how I can squeez more signal out of my 130cm offset. Is anyone on Kampala or Kenya using 130cm offset. Pliz give me some advise.
I have 1.8 pf dish and am receiving all other mbc channels except mbc bollywood location Mombasa!! I also have 90cm dish locked at eutelsat 36 (dstv) but would like to change to another satellite, what satellites can I nab using the dish here in Mombasa?

yes it can, am using 4950H easy to input too.
I salute you all. On the same note, i have tried this sat with 120cm offset and 180cm pf using inverto ultra black single and stargold fuji single. on BBC persia, the max strength i get is 60%. Is it possible to nab it in my area or its all vanity?. What is the trick? Iam thinking of getting a 150cm offset. will this give me some ease or i should release the idea? First of all i don't know where your location is however i am from Western kenya and my setup is a 1.8 PF with stargold single lnb and the first time i set my dish i got 58 % for BBC persia.
After alot of patience in lnb skewing i achieved 64% on BBC persia and the digiturk package popped up.
Right now it is drizzling and I am watching BBC knowledge at 58 % while the rest are scratching.
This beam is tricky bro but requires patience. The strongest tps i noticed are the ones for bbc knowledge and VH1 tp.
I am sending for a Samson lnb to pull in the nat geo wild tp and stabilize the discovery tp.

Is it true that nilesat has rescan their frequencies and added new channels? I dnt want to blind scan my decoder until i confirm here
i beg to differ with you on that, both this lnbs are for prime focus dishes, you affix either of this on an offset dish and you wont get no signal.
My hunt for 7e last night made me cut up a eurostar quad and fuji single as illustrated by a fellow ASAS addict and i still didnt manage to lock onto the european beam although there was a remarkable jump in quality on the zimbo frequency (12728 h 30000) of 10% from 71% to 81%. After a blind scan with the 4922 i was suprised to see 4.8e and 5e all pop up with very high signal levels. The hunt would have continued well into the night had it not been for the liverpool game which started at 10pm and i had to cede my rights to the tv to the epl fans in the hse. A forum member told me that i must hit atleast 87% on the zimbo tp for the european beam to pop up, the hunt continues later today as ASAS patients have a never give up attitude which comes with the package. Digiturk here i come.

Greetings friends. The night was long and held me hostage. Thanks to God that the morning came to my rescue. I found myself on my 1.8 pf dish armed with an inverto black ultra single. After tweaking and twisting again and again, i was able to get BBC persia at 65% up from 58%. Back to the tv, i scanned and nat geo which iam crazy for squeezed its way in with s. quality of 56%, but not showing. Can this samson lnb be the cure. CHIEF SOITA, please inform the house about the performance of samson specifically on the said channel(s) after you perform the tests. Iam waiting with a lot of optimism. Thank you for your encouragement which actually sent me back to the dish.
