Thats Not true bro....You should be able to get Hotbird 13 east in kenya if you know how to track very well..especially using any dish from 3 meter above.....You can get these packages in kenya with the right eqipments

Chinku installers enjoying hot dogs after a job well done ,I think.
Lots of people have it here in their homes and they use it for fringe satellites like those i listed earlier...Hotbird 13 east,Nilesat,Badr 26 east etc...
