Nothing personal ,I recommended you to the customer ,gave him your contact and I expect the best from you,and nothing seems to be working,two decoders down the line,Connected but nothing more,I assured the customer that he will get value for his money but that is not how things are. I have a reputation to protect .Let me know the best way to assist him so that he gets value for what he paid for. I don't want him to blame me for misleading him.Sorry if I offended you in anyway.
