i am using freesat ..... i will do thatBut you can manage with a 6ft. Get them to 72 (if you are using Freesat or Gsky) then in mid day it drops to 66 and in evening it dances around 66-63. That means you have it 24/7.
Maximise it early in the morning like 6:00-7:00 or 7:30. it is very friendly in those hours. For me I usually use the #BO TP, I make sure it gets to 95% quality then d*$coveries gets them selves 72%.
Once I manage that, its there 24/7.
You should use the smallest available like the green one applied as ventilation. But if available apply sheet.Isn't this the mesh we used for chicken hatch when we were younger? I thought that the signal could penetrate thru! That's a nice idea.....
8ft even cheap lnb should be stable 24/7.so i should get pauxis .....

You can test if the holes are small enough by spreading the mesh over already installed working cband dish.Alright freq, I knew about C's wavelength but thought that it's only mesh with smaller holes that is applicable....

If its presence infront of the dish blocks signals significantly, then the holes are fine.
If there's no difference or drop in signal, then the signals are whizzing right past it meaning the holes are too large..
1.If the tv has 2 HDMI inputs connect one decoder to each.Just how do you guys connect two boxes i.e V7 Combo and maybe a 4950H to one television? and have all of them showing at once? Is there a secret I am missing out? My old Zuku is now defunct..coz I cannot get them both to function simultaneously on one HDMI port...Is there a hack or something?

Between the two, Flysat is more reliable as they update more often although not so very often.Folks,I have been wondering -between flysat.com and lyngsat.com,which is more reliable?For example for eutelsat 70 b,lyngsat starts at 11057v while flysat starts at 11020v.And there are numerous other differences in the tps and channel lists -and this is just one sat.
1.If the tv has 2 HDMI inputs connect one decoder to each.
2.If it has one hdmi port and a AV (audio video) port connect one decoder to HDMI and another to AV port.
3. Decoders like strong 4950 have RF output, if your TV support analogue signals do a search you should be able to connect to your Strong via RF output and the other zuku decoder via HDMI.
4. buy a HDMI switch. Takes signal from one of the sources and directs it to your TV

I havent tried this but just thinking, Maybe you can do it the way hotels do it. Multiple decoders each dedicated to a single channek feeding multiple tvs but each tv can access the channel coming from any of the decoders. In your case your one TV would access any of the decoders. I think they use a HDMI to rf modulator. Hotels use complicated and expensive ones but perhaps a simple inexpensive Chinese one can be found. For most detailed information i use Lyngsat.com but for updated frequencies i use flysat.com.Between the two, Flysat is more reliable as they update more often although not so very often.
For lyngsat it may take even 5 months for them to update while lyngsat may take one month or two!
