SABC is not included he mentioned that SABC is removed and some channel placed,point of correction

The TP 12722 H 26655 disappeared with SABCs but has'nt come back with them. It came back with other channels. You're on track.

Can c band lnb with di-electric plate be able to nab satlitte which does not need it ie Intelsat 20--- 68.5 east and Intelsat 22 ---72.1 east

Some linear TPs you can get even with the dialectric plate inserted. Example CNN and HBO on 68.5e I can get both with and without plate.Contrary to theory.

Dielectric's purpose is to convert the circular signal to vertically/horizontally polarized signal which your lnb can read. If the signal comes already H/V polarized, it's purpose is already served and it only sits there as a redudant obstacle. If the signal is strong enough to overcome the obstacle, you'll receive some of it.

Reason circular signals are harder to nab is because the dielectric plate being dense, partly blocks the signal travelling along the feedhorn. A necessary evil.
