I have full orange network in my house i even use the same moderm to browse. The problem is when inserted into srt 4922, it doesn't show 3g option, it only blinks red.this doesn't give me the option of inputting the right parameters. when i put sfcom moderm it picks right away,ie shows options of 3g, Ethernet. Does it mean that my orange moderm which is zte E1588 is not compatible or what?

Hello satellite guru
Can DUHOK TV be receivable in East Africa? Sat NSS12 @57E, Tip 11188 V 01774, FTA MPEG4, Mod. QPSK
From the beam here (NSS 12 at 57.0°E - LyngSat Maps)
seems like it's a bit far in northern Ethiopia. Still, give it a try and report your findings.
3 more new channels 0n eutelsat 36(dstv position) africa swahili tv, trenet tv, fashion tv 12275h11200
at which position of the dish do you get amos 5? plz show us the picture to share the experiencei have only put the lnb at the right position of 8ft dish with 60e as the prime.
I have also managed to add another lnb to pick amos 5 ku though some tp as not popping up.
No teflon required for thaicom 5. Rule of thumb: use teflon if and only if you see polarisations such as L or R e.g one would use teflon on Amos 5 tp 4148 R 5000 to get optima sport. By the way flysat reports that Press tv had left Thaicm 5. Try arabsat 5c tp 3964 R 30000 dvbs2, same tp as the irib channels.I want to seach Thaicom to get press tv but I don't know im required to put neflon or not in my lnb and direction of the wire when your infront of the dish
new mmovies channel on 7w sptv is the name
TING they have switched satellite from eutelsat to amos 5, 2nd november eutelsat will be switched off.
With motivation and lots of calls to fellow members I embarked on hunting for the nilesats over the weekend. I however wasn't successful though I don't know why. But there is no giving up, the 6ft dish is mounted on a wall with a clear view of west (where the sun sets, right?) and the search must go on.
Ps: the missus is not happy at all
Which IPTV channels are opening I want to test them the 3G network has arrived in my town.
All,
Attached check some work done yesterday for a client in the hot afternoon sun: 3-LNB Setup on 180Cm Prime Focus to receive Nilesats (7W), SES5 (5E) and Amos5 (17E). The arrangement for 2 extra LNBs (both Stargold 0.3dB) looks crude but works great anyway. The LNB on SES5, managed 70% Signal and 55% Quality; while Amos5 LNB scored 60% Signal and 47% Quality. All TPs on all the Satellites are amazingly stable and not breaking.
For the Nile201 TPs, the Samson LNB works great with the Nilesats and even beats the much-promoted Stargold Fuji and the Inverto Black LNB by up to 15% on quality. While the Fuji and Inverto could not stabilize the CNN and BBC without breaking, the Samson did so with ease, and brought in all TPs on the Nile201 (70% Signal and 58% Quality) and Eutelsat 7West A (75% Signal and 70% Quality).
In addition, a Star-gold Fuji LNB was fixed on an extra 180Cm Prime Focus to receive the local channels now available on NSS12 (57E). With this setup I got: Family TV 1, Family TV2, NTV, QTV and KTN (11026 H 11430-3/4, QPSK, DVB-S2, MPEG-4) and K24 plus a host of local FM stations (11554 H 3300-3/4, QPSK, DVB-S2, MPEG-4). All these are in DVB-S2 format. The performance was 75% Signal and 70% Quality. Sayare TV (11545 H 1085-3/4, DVB-S) did not pop-up.
