Hi mah-mah123, the APN is bew.orange.co.ke
Leave the username and password blank and finally disable the SIM PIN.

is there a way u can change your name from monkey?

back to your question.
azimuth is direction your dish is facing i.e east, west, north etc

elevation is angle to which your dish face i.e upward, way down or anything between

skew is all about your lnb. is your lnb arm at 3 O‘clock or 6 O‘clock?. yaani horizontal or vertical.
