Guys the box is clear clear and with 3 sabc tv channels one is glued to his tv.It only loads openview bouqet so a free to air decoder is a must have.

any one tried astra 2f multi tv channels with a 90cm dish in nairobi n did it work

Best shot at Astra 2f, lock 11685 H 2199 strongest Tp. Then go for Max tv - 11594 H 30000 next. Na vice versa. Can't fail. Happy painful hunting.

I tried but failed, i will try again. North Rift and Kisumu, Ug,Tz is well covered by the beam. It fears\avoids Nairobi

@all, my 130cm dish was "stuck" on EutelSat 16a since the day Amos 5 went under; recently attempted Astra 2f with success [LNB: InVerto HGLN Single/ Skew: 4O'clock].

I was able to lock on all transponders but unfortunately could not hit green on 12525h/ 30000 [Joy tv, tv3 Ghana, Adom tv]. All other transponders yielded 71 channels including Max tv, ICE tv, FNN, Eagle tv, etc. Latest addition was "KISS tv" which is currently off broadcast. Current blindscan is yielding 65 channels including "Astra 28.2" feeds.

Most of these channels seem to propagate either Christianity or Islam but the competition for viewership is high. Almost all of these channels broadcast foreign movies in English audio.

Tested Strong SRT L726 Twin LNB and also tweaked both LNBs but yielded no results. How can i maximize signal to hit green @ 12525h/ 30000?

Location is Kiambu County.

the same shoes my loaction zambia, i got 90% on all transpornders including 12525v30000 but when i scan only a radio channel pops up no joy tv or Gtv on SRT 4950E. what could be wrong?

Moses kindly use private message to send the decoder No. and your personal No. considering you are using it illegally and also for your own safety. Moles are everywhere and they could have been blocking even after re-activation.

I am also in Kiambu pointed at 28E, using 130cm,inverto black,4950h/V7 combo i am partially blocked on my west view but i had 12522V30000 but it was unstable only viewable at night. All other tps stable.

Sorry buddy, I moved from a 6ft to an 8ft. I will check if I took a photo of the set up and share. But I remember for the skew, the 0 was at 11 o'clock and for the depth, it was at around 38. LNB - Pauxis.

saayacoolu, i managed to slightly tweak the LNB; i'm now receiving transponder 12525v/ 30000 but still not hitting green.
I was able to lock on EutelSat 16a full bouquet including elusive the MegaChoice Channels so i didn't expect Astra 2f to have any issues.

GIDEN, i'm hitting Signal Quality [green] @50% on SRT4950h; unfortunately i don't a have an InVerto Quad which i'm sure would have solved this issue by half. By-passing the Diseq. switch increases only the Signal Strength[yellow] to about 72% but doesn't affect the Signal Quality.

What is your Signal Quality on the stable transponders?

etcwest, are you getting 90% Signal Quality or Signal Strength? If its Signal Quality then tweaking your LNB may solve your issue.
