all channels are loud and clear although some are in a foreign language and the video is not so clear. looks like vcd quality .

I am from Mombasa and fresh in this.
I wonder how I could receive this new Yahsat's HD channels as I have one of my satellite dish fixed on Dstv direction.
What direction should I move the dish to lock this satellite?
having said that..i know it is a very noobish question...but if i dont ask i wont learn.

Hi majay, you need FTA Decorder and you cant get it by just moving the dish, the dish must lock at 52.5e

I already have an fta decoder (astrovox 9000hd) and have two dishes one locked on nilesat and the other locked on dstv direction. Now I need to redirect the one on dstv angle to Yahsat. Please elaborate which angle I should move the dish.

to get yahsat in msa you need a 1.8 primefocus or 130 offset

you are in the right place
you have 100% chance of nabbing Eutelsat 7 west with 90cm and good lnb. but nilesat 201 you need bigger dish.

Which satelite can I lock using the 90cm dish?
I also have a 1.8m which am using to watch nilesat and am looking for a motor so that I can change the direction while in the comfort zone of my house. Do you have any contacts here in Msa that I can get hold of it?

I will give it a shot tomorrow while I search for 1.2 or 1.3 offset dish , Just to mention am using a TV LG540U as the decoder.

Yesterday i purchased a strong receiver srt 4922, and what i need its a serious advise from any one who can help me, Is it possble to trak any satellite using a small dish for zuku? Am in need of sports chanls and adventures chnls, if no! What else mei i need for me to have what i need, have been scan several satellite and have endeed catching congo channels and occa africa bt verry scrumbled, any help please,
