Hi all, what could be the problem with my Strong 4922 decoder which displays "lnbf" after showing a channel for a few seconds or immediately after booting it.

Your tuner transistor with the number 317 is gone off if you are not a technision then send it for replacement or check your your cable wire if there is a granding? Hope that will help

Replacing the patch /software you are using can also sort the LNBF problem. I did that for a friend and everything is OK now. Try that be taking your machine to the fundi.

Hi Kojo. Check your cables to confirm the connections are good. If your cables are old consider changing them.

Thanks will check this but also how comes the decoder becomes non responsive and cannot even read from an external media when the lnbf error message is displaying
