Have you tried disconecting LNB signal cable and restarting ?

why didnt you use a scalar ring ?

Vicwa This must be the very pinnacle of ASAS madness oooh! Can you imagine... well done coz you just hit the zenith Bro.

By the way, did I just see something at the core - must be another "Chinese" holder. I beg, please post a snapshot of the entire stand now.

#RankSat, Hi. what skew should i have used? I used the 90 degrees [clockwise] skew rule but it seems it didn't work for me. How far should i push the teflon? I was almost concluding Eurostar ESCDT-700 twin was a fake product !!! 😕😕😕

In mine I pushed that teflon all the way in. My skew is 9 o'clock. Check in dishpointer.com for the skew for your location.

Most likely a loose connection or short circuit at the LNB/ DiSEqC switch/ decoder. First disconnect everything and re-do your wiring afresh.

I have. 240cm pf dish, 4950H, Eurostar ESCDT-700 Dual LNB.

You might be right bro. RankSat is using a 2.4m dish and yours is 1.8m.

The standing pole I'm using on a 2.4m dish was for 68 inches wire mesh dish, which I'm using @38e without the standing pole.

I made a big supporting back ring for myself (extended)

Vicwa if you like try and sandwich Eutelsat70B between 76.5e&68.5e. I have done it with immense success. I also succeeded in adding @55e far below Apstar. However setting @57e Ku-band is easy though. At any rate nani amefaulu nss12 c-band jameni?
Besides I also wish to try measat on the same setup coz I like watching CI in hd.

Is 22 @72e active for now? A week before I had add it and it was loud & clear on tp 3742 L 13930 Q78% and tp 3742L 16073 Q70% but on the same day removed lnb. This week on Tuesday I tried on the same tps but they were not active, but added Yamal 402 @54.9e.

Congrats Vicwa
Exactly what i wanted to suggest to him. Add 57E Cband below your Is20 its weak but with your professional ism you will make it. A friend who is a member here has done it on 6ft solid. Above Apstar you can also add Measat for CI and history but you cant get the BBC and Axn. I will also add Measat soon i get time.

I don't know , but you can modify yourself or find someone to weld it for you.
See my modification that you can adjust and use on a 1.8,2.4 or 3-4m dish. I used galvanized water pipe imported from china because they are light. You can get them at hardware.

Vicwa, this is great modification. How is c/ku band working here? I bought it last year, made me sweat alot, only few c channels popped. ku channels refused. I decided to abandon it. Any trick?

#GIDEN, after almost 2 months i was finally able to lock on Intelsat 10-02 @0.8°w C-Band Global Beam but what surprised me most was where i was going wrong. The floor on which the 6ft p.f stands on slopes from right to left and to compensate an Accurate Plumb line i normally place a 14mm square bar beneath the right side of the mounting bottom rim.

Unfortunately, i realized too late that the 14mm square bar was over-shooting ABS-3a beam and i had to replace it with a 10mm square bar. Noticed very active Etv feeds on ABS-3a.

Supermax vh777 Super was able to additionally lock on both NBC & BBC feeds simultaneously unlike Eurostar ESCDT-700 twin that was unable to tri-lock on NBC. After locking & maximizing signal
on IS 10-02 @0.8°w, lowering the dish further i locked on Astra 4a @4.8°w C-Band Global Beam.

Thanks for the advice.

It is working but not to my expectations. For example on Tp 12602v 26657 @68e.... Q70% and with a 90cm dish using a cheaper starlife Ku band lnb....Q78% on the same Tp. You have to unscrew the three screws on top section of Ku band and rotate once anticlockwise or till you hit the signal, then tighten the screws.
