    Africa on the Move

Africans are hardworking, highly innovative people. What is holding them back is the predominance of the NEGATIVE OUTLOOK at the leadership level: among politicians, senior govt officials, leading academics and the so-called PRO-POOR (read Pro-Poverty!) NGOs, both domestic and International.

Change the predominant outlook from NEGATIVE to POSITIVE and any African country can match the performance of any BRIC or Tiger country.
