[Archival Sense]

Aduku Secondary School Headteacher Odama Ajjo Jachonia in Kwania District says he is not afraid of being arrested by Local Government Minister Balaam Barugahara, questioning the authority behind the alleged threats.

Responding to concerns raised by Barugahara over the management of the school, Jachonia said there was no such ministry in Heaven, appearing to suggest that the minister’s authority has limits.

The exchange comes amid concerns raised by the minister over affairs at the school.
