For those not familiar with mathematical symbols >> stands for "much greater than". Back to subject, recently JPM is reported to have decried wasteful spending at EAC and was particularly "mad" at $45 per delegate per day allowance . JPM has blessed the re run of a costly,senseless Zanzibar election projected to cost the tax payers a whooping tsh 9 billion. Everyone knows $45 dollars per delegate per day is much less than tsh 9 billion down the drain. Politics sucks.
