Now, the GDP/capita is estimated from the COUNTRY wealth.
However some very rich countries in terms of GDP have a wide gap
between rich and poor habitants, or between the government wealth
and the habitant welfare. Typical examples include China, Brasil or the US.
The Human Development Index is a better indication to asses PEOPLE's welfare.
To me the most important is to have developed people, not "rich countries"
that do not provide the basic services to their citizens. Where does Tanzania rank?
