Walimu wengine pia walifutwa kazi kutokana na matumizi mabaya ya fedha za shule na kushiriki kenye wizi wa mitihani

A number of teachers countrywide have been deregistered from the Teachers Service Commission over a variety of misconduct allegations, the most common being engaging in sexual activity with students.
The mostly male teachers were banned from attending any classes at their present institutions or teaching at any other public or private institutions in Kenya.
“Where the name of a teacher is removed from the register of teachers, such a person shall not be reinstated except by direction of the commission,” she said.
40 out of the 41 deregistered teachers were male, and most of them were found guilty of having sexual relations with their students.
A number of the teachers were also deregistered following a variety other forms of misconduct such as perpetrating cheating of examinations as well as embezzlement of school funds.
