Tanzania needs a new president from 2025 for a number of reasons, including:
•To address the country's economic challenges. Tanzania's economy has grown steadily in recent years, but it still faces a number of challenges, including high poverty rates, high unemployment rates, high levels of inequality, and poor infrastructure planning and development.

Comparatively to the Sub Saharan Countries Economies SSH has done quite a great deal job.

-Covid 19
-War in Russia and Ukraine.
-Plus our common African Problems I would rather Commend SSH the as best Navigator.

Look at times she took over the Country and restoration of peace and tranquility she has managed to score on the table!

She needs a second Term which by then she would be trying her best to leave her Legacy!

She has 3 areas to clear the mess:
-Stable Power supply
-Lot 1 and 2 up to 4 SGR-Become live,operational and Economic Viable.
-Substantial Increase of Revenues from Dar Port.

If those areas are clearly addressed-All others can be quickly fixed and in that way the country shall gain a rapid Economic Growth.

So we need to Support the current Regime but also to help the same to see the gaps which hinders Growth.

Tanzania doesn't need a new President; it is the whole society that needs an overhaul in mindset transformation. It is the common people who need to change their ways of thinking, especially towards their leaders. The people have allowed and accepted their leaders to prioritize personal interests over public interests. The majority of leaders are openly corrupt, filthy rich, and accumulating wealth at the expense of the public, sadly, the majority of people are living in a deplorable poverty, while surprisingly, the people are smiling, praising, and clapping for them. The people need to understand that the fate of their lives and their future lies in their own hands; they are the ones who collectively can make things happen for themselves, not the President, not their leaders, nobody else but themselves. The leaders are accountable to the people, not the other way around. The leaders do not care, do not listen, and have no interest in serving the people other than for their personal gain. It is only when the people start holding their leaders accountable, by raising their voices, questioning their motives, ceasing to praise them, and asking hard questions, that the leaders will start listening and caring, and only then can the country move forward.

Viongozi ni zao la jamii iliyo oza,hivyo uozo ni sehemu ya maisha ya Watanzania.Watanzani ni watu wasio na fikra huru na hii ilejengwa makusudi na mfumo wa chama kimoja na kauli za zidumu fikra za Mwenyekiti.

Watawala ndani ya Taifa hili ni very accountable kwenye maslahi ya matumbo yao not otherwise.kuna nyakati nawaza kwamba Tanzania inahitaji kizazi kipya kabisa hiki Cha sasa hakifai hata kidogo.

Let her retire, and pay her all her attendant benefits and she can go and take care of her sports complex at Kezimkazi.

Kuendelea na Samia kama Rais beyond 2025 is like passing a death sentence on the youth of Tanzania who ccm have diverted to betting, music and arguing about Yanga and Simba as their main preoccupation! What a catastrophe.

The economy is supposedly growing but the majority of the people are getting poorer and poorer. This indicates that there is a leakage somewhere which needs fixing and Samia has failed to do that; her policies have led to a few people to get more wealthy at the expense of the majority.

Well presented and noted ,always udhaifu wa kiongozi hufanya walio na nguvu kujiwekea mizizi imara ya kimfumo,hasa katika kula keki ya taifa na mbaya zaidi mtu dhaifu hushindwa kutambua udhaifu wake,na hapo ndo kwenye dilemma kubwa.

Wanao mpigia chapuo kubwa ni wale walio na faida kubwa tokana na udhaifu wake na mbaya zaidi ndo hao hao wanataka eandelee kuwa Rais ili wapate zaidi na ndio walio mshika akili na kumpa support ya 2025.

Hakuna kitu nacho chukia kama kuona nguvu Kazi ya taifa inapoteza muda mwingi kwenye mambo yasiyo ya msingi kama debates za Simba na Yanga.
