The man known as “Tim Osman” was Osama bin Laden. (OBL) His alias “T.O.” name was assigned to him by the CIA during his tour of the U.S. & U.S. military bases in search of increasing political support & military armaments when Afghanistan was being occupied by the Russians.
OBL did not work directly with the agency but indirectly received funding, weapons, equipment & supplies through a 3rd party country proxy, which was Pakistan to fight & defeat the Russian invasion/occupation in Afghanistan.
As history shows, OBL had ulterior motives & plans, turning against the U.S. after helping build up & strengthen his own group within the region, Al-Qaeda (AQ) which later spread its network of Islamic extremists & Salafists jihadists.
