Most dailies of yesterday reported that fossil fuel sellers bowed to Government decree but today some report that BP remained adamant. The agreement between the government and oil sellers is that sellers to lower the price and the government to lower the fossil fuel tax/ tariffs as well. The question is that is this agreement reflecting a win -win situation or win-lose situation or lose-lose? If win - lose, who has lost? Is the one who pay less tax or the one who sell fuel at lower prices or the one who has reduced his revenue?

How the government will compensate the reduced revenue from fuel tax?
