At the end of the day, a death is a death, whether committed by an American psycho kid or an African kid soldier. Whether due to liberal gun laws or a failing state.

If I told you I am going to kill you, but you have an option to die by a gun that was obtained by liberal gun laws or by gun from a child soldier in a failing state's civil war, that wouldn't be much of a choice, you would still die. That might be true just for the case of statistics.

There are some communities in the DRC who's only contact with "civilisation" is the planes passing way overhead.
The only accidents they gate is from snake bites-which are treatable anyway with local herbs.

Go to Goma, thats a different matter.
