Nakubaliana zaidi na point yako no. 2. Naamini kuwa Watanzania ni wachapakazi kama watu wengine. Walichokosa ni nafasi ya kushiriki kikamilifu katika kufanya maamuzi muhimu katika maisha yao. Pindi nafasi hiyo itakapopatikana kutokana na uongozi bora, nao pia watashindana na watu popote pale duniani.

So many opt for Kenya where they typically earn over 1500EUR per month doing jobs such as journalism, non profit work, grant writing, ‘missionary work’ etc. To navigate Kenya’s tough laws on expatriates, they use various methods including the paying of bribes to immigration officials to secure work permits.
This is a very interesting and ironic twist to the question of international immigration. While many Kenyans and Africans are struggling to get to Europe for “brighter” prospects, many Europeans are trying to get to Kenya for even brighter prospects.......

Your graduates are useless because many have poor work ethic and don't have critical thinking skills. In other countries university students work and go to school and this teaches them work ethic. Also schools in East Africa emphasize rot memorization style of learning instead of critical thinking needed in the modern work force. European schools are different in that sense, so are Indian schools in that sense. That's why European, Indian workers are so attractive to employers.
