What Virtual Machines do you run on your Laptops or servers for you server-room folks!?

My working computer
a customised 13 " dual core i7macbook pro (3.7GHz) with 8MB L3 cache-mid2012 with HD 2 Terabytes, ram12GB now runs these three os's:
Linux Mint , Win8 Prof, OSX10.8.3 .I use Vmware 5.0.3 and its a breeze in the pack can run all at once.

any one else running ...multiple os on a virtual platform post ur configurations 🙂

last time I use virtual machine was2 year ago. Max 12 Servers running in a single hardware dell edge 2950, 32gb of ram, 4 hdd 500 gb each. 2 domain controller, Dns, dhcp, webserver and window/linux clients.
