What can be the cause?

members I have been experiencing internet problem,I use wireless internet at our office sometimes when browsing I get a message for failure to load web site pages(websites not found as if there is no internet but internet is there).Today I checked on the installed programs in my laptop to my surprise the number of programs displayed is less even half of the total programs I have installed in my laptop.When I restart my laptop it works fine but then later the problem reoccur.

Laptop details:
Dell vostro 3500
OS;windows 7 proffessional
system type:32 bit
antivirus:kaspersky
Anyone with a solution or an idea I will appreciate.All solution will be accepted with exception of those with the keyword "search Google".

Cable naweza ila network yetu almost 99% ni wireless na mi niko mobile natoa support na ofisini kwangu hakuna network port.Si kwamba sipati internet kabisa ,napat ila baadaya muda inapotea ila nina u-torrent yenyewe hii kitu ikitokea inaendelea kudownload tu fresh.Na hilo la program kuonekana chache kuliko nilizo install hapo unweza kuwa na idea?Ngoja nijaribu hiyo option ya kuupdate wireless network card driver.Then nitakujuza kama ikiwa poa.Thanks

1.Download & Run Malwarebytes na perform scanning.
2.Download & Run Ccleaner ver 2x or above na make sure una-run registry scan and repair.

hiyo kitu wakati mwingine kama net haiko na speed sana basi hutaweza kufungua page ikiwa kuna files inashusha maana ni kama asilimua yote ya send & receive inanyang'anya na hizo app, labda wakati unaendelea kutafuta tatizo nikushauri kuwa mara inapokata hakikisha unastop downloader zote alafu angalia kama itaendelea hivyo.
