BALE IS BETTER THAN NEYMAR

GARETH BALE is better than Neymar and would cost more than the Brazil star — according to the Tottenham star’s agent.

Santos superstar Neymar sealed a bumper switch to Barcelona at the weekend.

He reportedly snubbed a last-ditch offer from Real Madrid, who could now turn their attentions to Bale.

And the Welshman’s agent Jonathan Barnett told Spanish TV he would welcome talks with Bernabeu chief Florentino Perez.

Barnett said: “If Mr Perez was interested in Gareth Bale it would be a great honour and we would listen.

“But we’re not speaking to anybody.”

Real director of football Zinedine Zidane has praised Bale in recent months.

The Spurs star won both PFA Player of the Year and PFA Young Player of the Year this season.

And Barnett added: “Gareth Bale is a better player than Neymar. He has proved himself in the best league in the world.

“I would hope that any club who wants him, wants him not because they lost out on Neymar.

“I would think that he would have to be their first choice and we will have to see.

“It’s crazy but whatever Neymar cost — Gareth Bale is worth more.”

Bayern chose Gotze over Neymar
May 29, 2013

Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness has revealed that Pep Guardiola wanted to sign Neymar but Bayern suggested the purchase of Mario Gotze from Borussia Dortmund instead.

Speaking at a podium discussion, Hoeness talked of Bayern's plans to lure Neymar to the Champions League winners, but previous negative experiences with Brazilians made them go after Dortmund midfielder Gotze instead.

"Guardiola had certain ideas to sign a young Brazilian player. But in the past we have not had the best experiences with young Brazilians," Hoeness said during the discussion.

"If you then go and buy someone who costs €20 or €30 million or even more, it is extremely difficult. We have seen that in the Breno case. As he [Guardiola] wanted a similar player [to Neymar] we came up with Mario Gotze."

In early April, Bayern triggered a clause in Gotze's contract and completed the €37 million transfer to Bayern. Directly after the transfer Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp claimed they had no chance to convince Gotze of staying put, saying: "He is a Pep Guardiola favourite."

Making a such choice doesn't justify that Neymar isn't good!!and secondly coaches make choice or selection according to their need
