are a profit-seeking company. JSBC is *seeking *to add a* full-time* and
qualified *Chicken Farm Manager *who is *willing to live and work in

*TITLE:* Chicken Farm Manager
*RESPONSIBLE TO:* Managing Director
*DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:* Manage all aspects of a large-scale chicken
farm (20,000+ birds) including; rearing chicks, care of adults, assuring
feed supply, storage, overseeing staff, assuring markets are supplied,
reporting and trouble shooting etc. 6 days a week on the job for first 6
months, negotiable after 6 months
*REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:*
Good communication skills and experience working with large poultry farms
Computer proficient, able to draft reports, make invoices keep good books
etc
Self-starter, able to foresee and solve problems
Experience managing staff, supplying markets and farm management
Licensed for and experienced with motorbikes and 4X4 vehicles
Confident yet humble personality who can motivate and lead teams to
fruition
Team player who maintains the vision and goals of the company
A person of honor and integrity, trustworthy
*ADDITIONAL ASSETS:*
Experience with animal husbandry (outside of chickens) a plus
