PROCEDURE FOR CHANGE OF DEGREE PROGRAMME
All first year students are required to register in the academic programmes they have been admitted to. Those wishing to transfer from one academic programme to another will be allowed only where the student has higher points than the cut off point for the academic programme for which transfer is being sought, and a vacancy exists in that programme. Transfer from educational programmes is not permitted.
Except in exceptional circumstances, no student will be allowed to change subjects/courses later than the Friday of the fourth week after the beginning of the first semester. All applications should therefore reach the Director of Undergraduate Studies before 8th November, 2013.
Students wishing to transfer from one academic programme to another should address their letters to:

Applications that will reach the Directorate after 8th November, 2013 will not be processed.

Ukija kupewa kitengo tcu elimu utaifukia kabisa. Unajua wengi wetu tunapomaliza kidato cha 6 hua tunafuata mkumbo na tunakua waoga sana kujaza non priority kozi, tukiamini kua kujaza hzo kozi mkopo haukufikii hata chembe. Sasa leo mtu kafanya tafiti kajigundua kile alichojaza sio kwa mapenzi yake bali ni mkumbo na kipo alichotamani kusoma, nafasi yakuhama ipo, muda upo, sababu ipo, kwa nini asihamie huko ili apende masomo yake na hata kuja kupenda kazi yake baadae.
