Hi Team
Does any one know whether there are any new changes/directives from TRA about VAT for Donations?
I have just imported a container with donated items from abroad, and it is stuck in Dar port pending VAT Clearance. My last container was not charged VAT because they were donations.
Is any one aware about any law changes recently about VAT on Donations?
