1. Usiwaze /kubweteka eti tutapitishwa ko wengi tutafaulu. Kumbuka mkono mtupu haulambwi.

2. Usitumie muda mwingi kusoma ukijidanganya eti "tonge la mwisho hukomba mboga nyingi". Ingawa itakuwa naumuhimu kwa kiasi fulani. (haimaanishi usisome, ila usikeshe/ usisome kama unakimbizwa na nyuki)🕑 madhara ya kukesha kipindi hki yatakuwa ni:

Mosi; unaweza ukapata homa (nauhakika na ushahidi wa hlo)

3. Usifanye michezo, umgovi na utundu wowote kipindi hki, coz itaweza kusababsha injuries. So kipindi cha mtihani utakuwa abnormal, finally hutofanya mthani kwa weledi

4. Tumia mda mchache ukiwa pekeyako kujisomea. Wakati huu, muda mwingi tumia kusoma/kuuliza kwa mtu fulani unayemhsi ana ktu fulani ambacho we huna. Yatafutie ufumbuzi maswali ambayo mara nyingi huwa yanakutatza#(mda huu so wakujikumbusha unayoyajua)

5. Utasikia meeengi sana yahusuyo mtihani (possible) sitakwambia usizifanyie kazi, ila tu kumbuka %miluzi mingi hupoteza mbwa%

6. Feel normal, relax, think more about winning

Fahamu mtihani unaushinda kabla hujaingia chumba cha mtihani "the exam room is for shangweee"
