The actual gateway to listening to your very own soul is silence and the intentional surrender of the ego.

While the mind is loud, analytical, and driven by external conditioning, the soul speaks in a whisper—often through intuition, somatic (bodily) sensations, and sudden inner clarity.

To access that deep soul knowingness, you must shift from a state of constant mental "doing" to a state of receptive "being".✔💪🏿❗
