Wanakijiji wa kijiji cha momela wamepigwa mabomu kwa kuweka pingamizi la TANAPA kuweka mpaka kwenye mashamba ya wanakijiji na kudai kuwa ni sehemu ya national park, na mgogoro huo umekuwa ukisuluhishwa mara nyingi na wanakijiji kushinda hiyo kesi hiyo mara nyingi, lakini Askari wa Arusha national park walitumia mabomu kuwazuia wanakijiji wasiweke pingamizi la mipaka.
Jamani huu ni uonevu na serikali ni muhimu kuchukua hatua na kutokandamiza wananchi wa eneo hili maana ni wazawa wa eneo la momela-Arusha na maeneo ni yakwao . Lakini iweje leo waseme ni yakwao, na wakati Arusha national parks wanamaeneo makubwa lakini wanakuja kuchukua mashamba ya wananchi, that is not fair.
Please tunaomba serikali iingilie kati suala hili na wananchi wasinyang'anywe mashamba yao

Pole sana Mr Urio.Majority of Tanzanians hold land under customary law.Their problem to hold land under customary law existed during colonial era and was inherited by the independent government of Tanganyika and then Tanzania.The contraverse on customary land holding is result of Misinterpretation and Intentional disregard of provision of the land ordinance( amendment)1928.The aim of the court to disregard the interest of customary land holders was to protect the state interest. Even now the land act 1999 has failed to protect the interest of customary land holders.For example section 181 of the land act provides that "any provision which conflict with the provision of the land act shall cease to exist as a good law.Hence,customary title granted under the village land act is inferior to granted title under the land act 1999.Under the village land act the government also has the authourity to transfer village land to general land or reserved land. Ook thanks for your good cement about it, but TANAPA failed many times and decided to use force to put the beacons in the villagers land, but for now the villagers go further for more clarification about it, and the law will take place, i bealive, and if you have more you can helping us
