Sometimes tunajikosesha lishe kwa kuogopa watu watatuonaje. Nimegundua kuwa wengi bado tunapenda vyakula tulivyopenda utotoni sema kujivunga na kukimbilia mijunk.
1.Usione aibu kununua vibama. kuna ndizi na muhogo mule.

2.piga bagia za kunde, tamu sana.

3.Piga ubuyu na ukwaju, vitamin C kibao.

4.kula Masasati, Mambura, Makusu, Mafenesi nk, vingine ni dawa.

5.Maembe ya kunyonya.


Sometimes maisha yanakuwaga magumu sababu tumeacha kufurahia vitu tulivyofurahia utotoni.
