TTCL wanawaibia wateja wao wa internet?

We're quite stunned.

Our company has been TTCL customer for over last five years, since TTCL introduced the broadband internet services provision in Tanzania. The TTCL technical personnel were originally stealing our credits until when we informally reported the matter to one TTCL data security personnel, a former school mate of one of our staff. Thereafter we started to enjoy smooth internet services throughout the entire period, until recently when we started to sense that TTCL thieves have resumed stealling our credits again.

Practically, we have been subscribing Tshs 200,000 monthly to buy 20Gb, which is enough to run 20 computers connected to the internet, irespective of the volume of official daily downloads. However, in the last two months, while unfortunately, we do not have many downloads, our 20Gb allocation is lasting three days before end of a calendar month; June and July 2011.

What is happening at TTCL? Are these real TTCL thieves or it is the company's cunning strategy to down-size customers' prepaid Gbs to cover the company's incurred losses caused by the current inefficient and poorly trained management? TTCL you won't run, and neither will you hide.

Cheating in business doesn't last long. Finally, we shall definitely apprehend you!
 
Tumefikisha ujumbe huu TTCL, wana taarifa hizi na huenda waka-act kwa aidha kurekebisha au kuacha iendelee kuwa hivyo hivyo tu.

Malalamiko ya namna hii yameendelea kuonekana na si jambo la kupuuzwa hata kidogo

Si TTCL pekee wenye mchezo huu,

Hata Zantel kuna wakati hali hiyo inajitokeza, nina wasiwasi kwamba huenda ni tabia ya haya makampuni "kutuibia" bila sisi kujua.
 
Zantel wao ndo zaidi, ya mwezi mmoja GB imekuwa ikikata wiki moja au siku kumi kwa muda wa miezi nane mfululizo irrespective ya variation ya matumizi kwa mwezi husika

Aisee hii nchi kila kitu ni ujanja ujanja tu.

Hao zantel kwa kweli mimi wameniboa sana na huu wizi wanaofanya.

Bado nafanya uchunguzi kujua ni mtandao gani hawana huu mchezo ili "nihamie", nilikuwa nimeanza kuwafikiria TTCL lakini kumbe nao hawavumi lakini wamo!
 
Wizi sio kwenye internet tu, hata katika gharama za kupiga simu! Tigo ndio sanasana wana wizi huu! Hawa jamaa sjui wizi ni sera yao...!?
 
Mimi niliwapigia customer care waniwekee salio, maana huwezi kuweka salio bila kuingia kwanza kwenye net, na pia huwezi kuingia kwenye net mpaka uweke salio, wakaibinafsisha vocha ya TSh 30,000/- na wala hawakuiingiza kwenye akaunti yangu!

Toka siku hiyo nilijitoa kulipia monthly subscription ya TTCL BROADBAND yapata miezi 6 sasa hasa baada ya kujaribu kurudishiwa salio langu bila mafanikio!

TTCL wana Self Management application kwenye www.ttclbroadband.co.tz. Je? uli login kuangalia usage yako? Unaposema "Practically, we have been subscribing Tshs 200,000 monthly to buy 20Gb, which is enough to run 20 computers connected to the internet, irespective of the volume of official daily downloads" una maana gani ? maana ninavyojua ni kuwa you are limited to 20GB of intenet traffic download and upload, and if you are not carefully eneough you can consume the package within a day!

Nakushauri nenda Customer Service center yoyote, maana inaonekana hujaenda otherwise ungetupa yaliyokukuta huko. Sometimes malalamiko mengine ni ignorance ya sisi wateja.
 
they say experience does not come from nothing....kuna internet cafe moja ilifunguliwa sehemu moja walikuwa wanatumia the same package jamaa aliyosema ndani ya wiki moja ilikwisha yote coz walikuwa wanadownload movies and football clips,inawezekana wanaiba or unajiibia mwenyewe

Kwangu mimi ttcl ni supa. Huduma zao safi. Nawasiliana na customs service center (zamani longroom) kutoka sirari na kasumulu mie nikiwa dar kwa kutumia ttcl. Natumia 2gb nalipa 30000. Inatosha mwezi mzima. Spidi bomba kuliko kampuni zote. Matatizo madogomadogo hayaepukiki. Hongera ttcl.
 
Hizi kampuni naona sasa zinashindana kuiba badala ya kushindania masoko.
 
tatizo lenu mnadhani mnaibiwa na wageni but in reality it's the enemy within ndio anatumaliza,..kampuni zote zinamilikiwa na mafisadi wazawa,..hakuna mzungu zama hizi atoke south aje kuiba kiwaziwazi hivi...ttcl wanatusumbua sana ofisini kwa mchezo wao mchafu....where my machete at??
 
mbona TTCL kuna unlimited download kwa 500 Tsh per hour? Arusha 5 computer unatumia 30000 Tsh kwa month.
