Mi saw an article in a certain magazine saying dat our bodies weren't made naturally to consume meat.It carried on by saying it has made some researches by questioning dem vegetarians and dem meat eaters. The result showed dat when the vegetarians started abruptly to eat meat after some long spell of time without eating it,they faced alot of stomach complications. But for the meat eaters, they had no problem when they started eating vegetables even if they had not eaten it for a long while.Je hii ina maana miili yetu wanadamu haikuandaliwa kula nyama kiasili ila mboga mboga tu?

Nadhani si kweli na ndo maana meat can undergo digestion by human body, we do have enzymes that can digest meat.

every part present in human body has got its function, if you have it then what is it for! Eat meat and let enzymes work for their role..
