When some thing has gone wrong somewhere instead of fixing it, everyone will try to put a burden of blame on the weaker party... In the end the innocent (who are likely the weakest) suffer the most.

A game of witch hunt has never produced best result any where around the world. No any major scandal in any part of the world has ever produced good result than the responsible people being sent home or ending up in legal limbo.

The game now being played will earn a lot of praise to politicians but I doubt if an average citizen will benefit the most. Such games only create praise to the leaders and fear to the working class which ultimately reduce productivity. Every worker possessed with anxiety that he will be the next victim of his action has proved to be fatal to the productivity of the work force.

The best way to handle these matters is to bring the responsible men into discipline in a manner that will not invoke public anxiety on the working class something which will hinder productivity and initiative in public sector.

The responsible leaders has to think again on the games they are playing.

Was it really necessary to write this? What are you trying to accomplish after this post of yours? Are you trying to change our hope for better future? Let me tell you this, things have changed around here, for your safety, you gonna have to change with them.

hakuna wtch hunt hapa, tatizo crooks walizoea kupewa blind eye.

What is your intention? That the big thieves should continue with their plundering unhindered?
You are surely out of your mind. The house must be brought to order. From there, let us see what happens. So far, Magufuli is doing the right thing by sending a clear message. No nonsense here!
Stay tuned. The game has just started.

Hivi wewe uliwahi kuingia kwenye ofisi ya serikali kweli? Uliwahi kupata adha ya kukuta mfanyakazi katundika koti kwenye kiti na kuondoka kwenda kunywa chai kwa masaa mawili huku we unasubiri? The "productivity" you argue will be stifled in this "witch hunt" was not there to begin with!

Your ENGLISH IS PRETTY GOOD but your idea is zero! You know why? at this juncture our country has lost its glory and most of the big guns are corrupt, we need a leader who will reshape them all within the shortest time possible. We need people to work with their full commitment and responsibilty to building our country and whoever feels is unable to cope let him or her go.

What are you insinuating?that Dr Magufuli getting back at some individuals?no dear....Dr Magufuli is cleaning the house, he is flushing the deadwoods out.The country is where it is today because of some unscrupulous, incompetent, selfish, unpatriotic and corrupt individuals. They have to own up to their own mistakes.

Acha ujinga. This theory doesn't apply to Tanzania. Ukiaminiwa Ukifanya ujinga utanyolewa tu. Shiiit

well you have a point there.

I think there is a need for control, once you make everyone a police in working environment, its not just the low staff but even top bosses will fall victim to gangs in office.

There is a very high possibility of bullying, at any level of organisation.

Things might get out of control and when that happen, production will be severely worse than before.

Also there will be extra strain and stresses on staff across the ranks, that will an impact on production.
