In what state were they before he came into power? Remember changes are not as easy as one might think. Unfortunately enough it is that he has interrupted your comfort zones. Otherwise, he is the most smart president ever experienced in Africa and beyond!

If you are religious fanatic, even in grave there is no relaxation! Islamic theology tells us that, immediately after death, you start dancing to the tune of goodness or badness depending on your deeds when you were alive!
How come then that one wants to relax when there is a lot to do?

People will only toil when the future promises them Milk and Honey something which Magufuli's government has miserably failed to deliver. If you think that the future of Tanzania rests only on complex projects like Dreamliner, Bombardier, SGR, Sky Scrappers and Stiglers Gorge then you are not a shrewd observer of the changes you preach here.

Changes in any society are propelled by massive reforms in Education Sector, Utilizing untapped potential through the empowerment of private sectors , Foreign Direct Investment, Agriculture and Stable and Coherent Diplomacy.....

Magufuli and his government (The CCM Government) have failed, is failling and will keep on failling in the whole aspect of Economic Emancipation of the Tanzanian citizens.

This were bad, but Magufuli made them worse.
Atleast with Kikwete and Mkapa the economy was running the only challenges we had ware:
1. Grand Corruption (30% of national income was lost in corruption and money laundering)
2. Massive and unnecessary expenditure (The government spent too much on superficial stuffs)
3. Unequal distribution of wealth

I believe Magufuli could have only dealt with these three and things could have been well and dandy.
Kenya is corrupt as Tanzania but its functioning than Tanzania in many folds. And, why ???
The son of Kenyatta understands the rules of the game: But Magufuli doesn't and he never will.

Changes are not an overnight mileage.Remember, even the Israelites wandered in the desert for more than 40 yrs before arriving at the land of milk and honey! So, don't expect miracles in a two and half year term of Magufuli!

This is not a PR competition,
If Pres Magufuli succeeds and proves us wrong then we will delightedly admit that we were wrong.
We don't criticize him because we want him to fail, but due to his erratic behavior which is vitiating our state.
Thou i don't think that he will succeed because leaders like him never succeed (They are doomed to fail)

Israelites toiled for 40 years in the wilderness because they had a glimpse of where they were going: Pres Magufuli does not have a clue of where he is taking this nation (He's rebel without cause). Simply put, he has derailed our nation from the track.
