Once in a conference three scientists, from China, Germany, and Tanzania were talking and bragging about the technological advances their representantive countries have achived in the field of medicine.
Chinese representantive proudly says: ''In Guizhou there was a baby boy born without forearms, so we attached artificial forearms on him. And now that he is grown he has become an Olympic proffesional Martial Art and Olympic gold medalist at that''
Then German representantive replied: '' That's nothing what we have done back in Berlin, there was a baby girl born without legs on her, we planted artificial legs on her. And now she is 3 times marathon gold medalist in the Olympics''
Then the Tanzanian representative interjected laughingly: '' Is that all you have done? Just gold medalists? In Bagamoyo we have a baby born without a head! We attached coconut to the neck and he is now the president'' after hearing that the whole congregation cheer ang give a lot of applause suggesting that Tanzanians medical tech was the biggest and Tanzania have won.
