Ninatatiza na laptop (PC) yangu, my softwares hazifunguki direct, inancommand ni (open with) almost all software. even icon zimebadirika they look like the same (same icons) in diffrenc programs. kifupi hazifunguki as previous, Mfano nkitaka kufungua mozilla inacommand ni open with another programs like microsoft office, adobe, media player. tafadhari naombeni msaada wenu.
 
Kama unatumia windows 7, jaribu nenda start button>All Programs>Accessories>system tools alafu click system Restore

Asante ndugu kwakuonesha nia ya kunisaidia lakini hata system restore nayo pia inaniecommnd kuopen with another programes, so its like other files. Please if there is other ways so far.
