Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin's invite of Africa is provoking the West and putting Africa to miscalculated risk.

It is ordinary that Africa didn't review the agenda in unison before flying there.

Individual countries took to the summit individual hungers as opposed to collective hunger. It is Zim hunger that probably earned Mnangagwa Russian made chopper.

Wherefore and therefore this posture keeps being Afro leadership mainstream!

Will Putin win Afro for BRICS amidst NATO and EU sanctions?

If Museveni was to be asked in that summit why Afro immigrants go to Europe and Americas in lieu of Russia? My answer on his behalf would be this:-

Moscow can receive Afro immigrants for the following factors:
1. Russia is 11% of the planet's total area. It is virtually Africa and Australia put together. Immigrants can therefore be accommodated with ease of population pressure.

2. Her population is expected to decrease from 146 ml ppl in 2020 to 143 ml ppl in 2030 and 136 ml ppl in 2050. (Nigeria is 200 ml ppl and only 5.4% the size of Russia)

3. Russia is battling ageing population just like Canada and Japan.

4. 2 and 3 above favour immigration to Russia.

Why Afro immigrants don't go to Russia?

1. Colonial orientation that exists btn Africa Europe Americas.

2. Language barrier as a colonial legacy. Russia never colonized any part of the globe except space. Majority Africans are Anglophone, Francophone, Arabophone with few Portugophone.

3. Cruel meteorology. Positioned in the Eurasian continent with 77% of her soil in Asia and only 23% in Europe, Russia's weather is influenced by:-
1. Subarctic in Siberia.
2. Tundra climate in the Polar North.
3. Greenland.
4. Alaska.

Most Afrotropicans don't find Russia friendly weather to earn life.

4. Liquor is Russian drinking water. 62% of Russians drink alcohol to save water and battle cold. (only 56% of Russians believe God (Ipsos poll)). 97.2% Africans believe God, i.e. 9 out of 10 Africans find religion most important in their lives (Pew Research Centre 2010). Most Afro emmigrants find Russia not conducive for divinity.

5. Cold War aftermath. Blacks still dream that going to Russia compulsorily and automatically makes one KGB Agent without one's consent.

6. Ideological contest. Ideology that is practiced in the West allows one to search and own wealth. All Black Scholars who returned from Russia had communist books and liquor brands.

I dont understand what are you trying to suggest by connecting alcoholism & deitism in relation to immagration.

Basically I associate myself with this analysis, however, there is one oversight on factors turning away Africans from Russia.

From the word go, it is elementary to learn one of factors making people to run away from their native states is the existence of tyrants and Afrika is not exempt to this.

In Europe and America people are free to air out their views without adverse consequences. This is not the case with Russia. The closed-fisted stance Putin and his entourage use to govern Russia can never attract sane people who know the value of free thinking.

America is not a paradise, but it has high level social tolerance compared to Russia. There are historical issues too: Socialism supresed innovation and entreprenuership at large in Russia. For now its a matter of perception, this will take years to change. Eastern nations, they both have this perception problem!
