Resolution for Palestinian State Fails in United Nations

dogo, The Qur'an remains a book of inimitable quality, not only from a linguistic, but also from and intellectual, point of view. BTW; Qur'an has proposed a very simple challenge to those who oppose it. Qur'an 17:88; Were all mankind to come together and wish to produce the like of the Qur'an, they would never succeed, however much they aided each other".

Bogus reply.
My question is: Do you know of any archeological inscription dated within 100 years of Muhammad's death where he is called a prophet? If so, please name it.

My question is: on what basis do you feel Isaiah 42 is uncorrupted which prophecies Muhammad, but Isaiah 53 is corrupted that prophesies the crucifixion of Christ?

My question is: how can the Qur'an be all sufficient in our worship of Allah, if it does not even mention something as important as praying five times a day and does this not prove that the Koran without the Hadith is like a car without an engine?

Muslims claim that the Angel Gabriel is the Holy Spirit who came upon Mary and caused her to conceive based upon Luke 1:26:38. My question is: If this is true, then why did Gabriel say to Mary in verse 35, "the power of the Holy Spirit will come upon you" rather than "my power will come upon you"?

You should ask yourself every day; Why these killers of Prophets, have never accepted the Prophets. One of the reasons is because these Prophets were not Jewish, they still expected the Jewish prophets their descendants :A S wink:

Muslims claim that the prophecy of the coming prophet in Deut 18:18 cannot be fulfilled by Jesus but could be fulfilled by Muhammad because the text says the prophet must arise from among their own brethren. Muslims say that if a Hebrew was intended, that the Bible would have said, "from among yourselves" rather than the expression "from among their own brethren". Hence Muslims claim the expression, "from among their own brethren" excludes all Hebrews and specifically Jesus.

My question is: Since Deut 17:15 uses exactly the same expression, when it said, "you shall surely set a king over you whom the Lord your God chooses, one from among your own brethren" why did God appoint Saul and David as King and not an Ishmaelite? And in Deut 18:2 it says, "The Levites shall have no inheritance from among their brethren." Did the Ishmaelites share the inheritance of the promised land of Palestine with the Hebrews?

dogo Ishmael; You have absolutely no idea what we are talking about, because you are so far down the stupid highway. You can't even find the way back, to being a person with the intelligence. What you say is completely irrelevant to the subjects anyone is even discussing.

Another meaningless question , anyway; I'm not trying to avoid answering a question. The time period between the death of Prophet Muhammad (June, 632 CE) and the earliest mention of him (4th February, 634 CE) in a non-scriptural source is slightly over a year and half. Although revealing nothing new in terms of the biography of Prophet Muhammad, what the non-Muslim sources of the first century of Hijra do divulge is not unimportant. Often precisely datable, something which can't be said of early Muslim literary sources, the information contained in these accounts generally corroborates the Muslim accounts, albeit coloured with polemical undertones as the conquests were still fresh in their minds. These sources are clearly aware of a person called Muhammad whom the Muslims followed, upholding his traditions and holding fast to the belief and worship in one God casting aside their previous idolatrous practices.

Your second question; Your "criteria" that you used against Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, applied to the priesthood and BTW there were non-Israel Prophets in OT, So your creteriaa is self-refuted.

Your criteria doesn't apply to the Prophet of Arabia, who will come from the Lands of Kedar and Tema.

A reminder for you and everyone that Isaiah 42:1 speak about the WORLD having a fresh start.

Your third question; Qur'an did mention the 5 daily prayers..

Qur'an; 17:78 Establish regular prayers - at the sun's decline till the darkness of the night, and the morning prayer and reading: for the prayer and reading in the morning carry their testimony.

In that verse, the fajr and maghrib prayers are mentioned.

Qur'an 17:78; Establish prayer at the decline of the sun [from its meridian] until the darkness of the night and [also] the Qur'an of dawn. Indeed, the recitation of dawn is ever witnessed.

In that verse, Salat Al-'Dhuhur mentioned.

Guard strictly your (habit of) prayers, especially the Middle Prayer; and stand before Allah in a devout (frame of mind). (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:238)

In that verse, Salat Al-'Asr mentioned

O ye who believe! let those whom your right hand possess, and those of you, who have not reached puberty, ask leave of you at three times before coming into your private apartments -before the Morning Prayer (Salat Al-Fajr), and when you lay aside your clothes at noon (in summer) and after the night Prayer (Salat Al-Esha). These are the three times of privacy for you. At other times there is no blame on you nor on them, for some of you have to attend upon others and to move about freely according to need. Thus does Allah make plain to you the Signs; for Allah is All-Knowing, Wise. (Sura Al-Nur 24: 58)
In that verse, Salat Al-'Ishaar mentioned

dogo, well first of all you are incorporating Christian beliefs into Islamic beliefs. The Qur'an does not say the power of the Holy Spirit is come up on you" that is the gospel. the Qur'an says; We breathed the spirit into her, meaning Allah blew the spirit of life into her through Gabriel. Only one Angel Gabriel according to Islam. The Angel Gabriel is known as the spirit of truth in Islam, and he is the one that brings down revelations to all the messengers and prophets of God. And he was with Jesus during his ministry, and the Qur'an says he could talk in cradle because he was strengthened with Holy Spirit, and the reason he talked was to defend his mother's honor against the shameful charges of the Jews at the time. Jesus we Muslims love him, more so than these who are unfortunately been mislead by Paul for so many centuries, and I pray to Allah that he gives guidance to these lost souls who think they are following you, but they are not, they are following the teachings of Paul.

dogo; God's decision was announced in the Bible; "Behold, I will make you small among the nations, you will be utterly despised. The pride of your heart has deceived" (Obadiah verses 2-4). We find that in our time, Jews are only fifteen million out of the world population of over six billion.

Jews are despised and no gentile likes to be called a Jew, or Jew-like because he will take it as an insult.

Jesus said, "Therefore, I tell you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a nation producing the fruits of it." (Matt 11:43). Evidently, Muslims fulfilled the prophecy of Jesus Christ.

The Qur'an agrees with the Bible;Qur'an 2:84-85; Do you, then, believe in some parts of the divine book and deny the truth of other parts [by ignoring some laws and commandments]? What, then, could be the reward of those among you who do such things except utter disgrace in the life of this world and, on the Day of Resurrection, commitment to most grievous punishment? For God is not unmindful of what you do.

"As for Ishmael, I have heard you; behold, I will bless him and make him fruitful and multiply exceedingly; he shall be the father of twelve princes, and I will make him a great nation" (Gen 17:20)

In Gen 17:20; God treats Ishmael even better than Isaac, because Isaac did not have twelve princes that were given to Ishmael right away. The twelve tribe of Bani Israel.
