Fastlink Safaris & Tours Limited is a fast growing Tanzanian Company dealing with Air
Ticketing and Ground Handling Services.
In order to keep our services at a higher level and meet our customers’ maximum satisfaction we wish to invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the challenging position.
POSITION: Reservations and Ticketing personnel
REPORTS TO: Branch Supervisor
DUTY STATION: Songea
Role Purpose Statement: To provide all necessary and required under-wing ground support services as contracted by the customer to include but not be limited to loading and unloading baggage and cargo, marshalling, water and lavatory servicing.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Make ticket booking, quote fare, issue ticket and send to direct customer or Agents.
Maintaining and developing strong, sustainable relationships with key travel agency clients, as well as corporate and direct clients.
Gather market and client information, and following up with visits to develop new business
Develop and maintain an extensive customer database.
Provide consultation for clients on the services provided by the company.
Assisting the Manager in implementing sales strategies for the company
Handle telephone and email enquiries as regards travel information
Carry out other tasks when assigned by Company
Any other duties as may be assigned by supervisor

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
§ At least diploma in IATA/UFTAA qualifications
Certification in relevant computer applications
Experience in delivering service in demanding customer environment
Fluency in appropriate foreign languages will be an added advantage
Remuneration and Benefits:
Gross Salary of TZS 500,000 per month subject to taxes, duties and other statutory deductions
