Real Madrid have signed 18-year old Paraguayan pearl Sergio Diaz for five years for €5m. He'll play for Real Madrid Castilla.
The attacking midfielder currents playing at the Asuncion giants Cerro Porteno in his home nation, where he made his first-team debut for at the age of 16.
'EL Chico' Diaz has represented his country at every youth level and caught Madrid's eye with his standout performances at the recent Toulon tournament.
Diaz has even earned the nickname 'Kun' due to the similarities in playing style with Manchester City's Sergio Aguero. [AS]
Real Madrid are also finally set to announce the signing of Uruguayan youngster Federico Valverde.
The Penarol midfielder is one of the most highly rated young players in South America and was linked with a move to Arsenal back in 2015 after being invited to train with them.
