PERSONALITY AND LEADERSHIP
One of the personality trait factors in the Big Five Personality Model is CONSCIENTIOUSNESS; which is a continuous scale from one end- More conscientiousness to the far end of Less conscientiousness. In which those described as More conscientiousness are said to possess traits like EFFICIENCY, and WELL ORGANISED, while those described as Less conscientiousness are said to possess trait qualities of MESSY, DISORGANISATION, CARELESSNESS, and INEFFICIENCY.
My problem is how best can we describe our political leaders, especially our STATEMAN! Where does he fit????? Can some one help me sought this out?:thinking:
