Kazinikwetu Ltd on behalf of client is looking for a personal assistant to the General Manager to be based in Dar-es-salaam. The candidate should have worked as PA in the banking and financial institutions.
Responsibilities:
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative system
To monitor tasks delegated by the General Manager to ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines
Arranging appointments, organising meetings, preparing letters, presentations and reports
Business data analysis
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree/MBA with 4-6 yrs experience in the relevant domain
Preferably a lady (40 years and above)
Have worked previously with MD/CEO in Banks
A motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
High On Integrity
Excellent Written, oral communication Skills and analytical skills.
Should have good sense of time management, planning & organizing, judgement and analysis
